Everton continue search for Lukaku replacement

It looks more and more likely that Lukaku is going leave Goodison park this season whether that be back to Chelsea or elsewhere that is yet to be seen. Without him Koeman will be left short up top and has seemingly been scrambling to replace the Belgian striker.

Rumours have circulated Koeman plans a bid of 10 million pounds for Burnley star Andre Gray. Last season Gray hammered home 10 goals for Burnley and played a key role in keeping the side in the Premier League.

Koeman has already moved to bolster his frontline ahead of next season by signing Spanish under 21 international Sandro Ramirez. Although individually Gray and Ramirez can’t replace Lukaku they can certainly play a role in offsetting the hole left by him.

Are these moves by Koeman a sign that it’s only a matter of time before a deal for Lukaku is struck ? Will they be enough to fill the void if he does leave ?
