Following accusations of defrauding the Spanish authorities to the tune of £12.8 million in tax. This has led the four-time Ballon d’Or winner and Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo to want to leave.
Portuguese newspaper A Bola reports that Manchester United, PSG or AS Monaco would “lose their heads for the best player in the world.” James Milner declined to comment.
Real Madrid, understandably, aren’t fond of the idea of Ronaldo leaving the Spanish capital and are “trying to calm him down” hoping that he will change his mind and remain at Real Madrid. However they also stated that they will not hold anyone against their will. This comes after Ronaldo reportedly “personally communicated” to Real president Florentino Perez and director general Jose Angel Sanchez his intention to leave the Santiago Bernabeu.
Where will he end up? Will we see a reunion with Jose Mourinho at Old Trafford?
